NEXT ON THE WHITE POWER CHOPPING BLOCK: DAVID BOUNDS

David BoundsSome of you are learning about One People’s Project just in time to see this! We have been getting a lot of traffic from the article about Bryon and Julie Widner’s break from the Vinlander Social Club, and it is pure coincidence that an example of what kind of road hate puts you on is in the news. Another Vinlander named David Bounds was already serving time for robbing a Red Robin (while on parole after serving time for robbing a Subway) when authorities added another charge to him – murder. Tomorrow we find out why as he is arraigned on those charges in Phoenix, Arizona. This we should note may threaten the Vinlanders as an organization because among the charges stemming from this murder charge is for assisting a criminal street gang, and that would most likely be them. We are following this closely, so as soon as we know what this is all about we will tell you. In the meantime, Bryon and Julie should be seen as the example to follow. David Bounds should be seen as the “or else…”

One People’s Project

PHOENIX, AZ–A member of the white supremacist Vinlander Social Club who is currently serving 14 years in prison after pleading guilty in July to robbing a Red Robin Resturant, is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow on murder and other charges.

David Evan Bounds, 37 of Phoenix, is charged with first degree murder, first degree conspiracy to commit murder, a third degree felony count of assisting a criminal street gang, and a fourth degree felony cound of misconduct with a weapon. According to records A warrant for his arrest on these charges was issued on Oct. 28.

At the time of his arrest on these new charges, Bounds was serving time after he and Larry Wilson, 29, of Mesa, Ariz., stole about $12,000 from the Red Robin restaurant on Swanson Avenue on Memorial Day last year. When that case went to trial in May it ended up in a hung jury with Bounds representing himself. Wilson pled guilty in the case, receiving a 10-year sentence. Two months later, Bounds, who retained an attorney, pled guilty to armed robbery. He also was charged with six counts of kidnapping and six counts of aggravated assault, but they were dropped as part of the plea agreement, according to reports. At the time of the robbery, Bounds was on parole after serving nine years in prison after robbing a Subway restaurant in Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1996.

Authorities have not disclosed what has led to the new murder charges being filed, but in the past the VSC, particularly Arizona members, have been suspected to have been involved in violent crimes including murder. Led by neo-Nazi Brien James, the organization originated in Indiana and has several chapters across the country. In 2011, the documentary Erasing Hate aired, spotlighting “Vinlander” enforcer Bryon Widner’s renouncing his past activities in the VSC, which included the removal of the face and body Nazi tattoos that adoned his body. One People’s Project participated in the documentary.

It is not known at this time if the Vinlanders will be implicated as an organization in this murder charge.
