The group that Bill White formed after he was bounced out of the National Socialist Movement (NSM) is the gift that just keeps on giving. We have known for months that Dan Jones of the American National Socialist Workers Party (ANSWP) was the one the feds were looking at the most in the mailed threat of a noose to a local NAACP president in Ohio. Now they are looking at him while he is behind bars because they finally snatched him up. This thing happened early last year, while the whole Jena Six hoopla was still fresh, and that was when the nooses-as-intimidation-tool routine started. It isn’t lost on us the fact that those that have used this routine the most over the past two years are sitting in jail cells right now. See, that’s the thing about a threat. There are not too many people these days that are going to wait and see if you will back it up. They are just going to go after you before you get the chance. We think that’s fair, don’t you?

A white supremacist organizer in Portland has been indicted for mailing a noose to the president of the NAACP in Lima, Ohio.
Daniel Lee Jones, a 33-year-old regional director of the American National Socialist Workers Party, was arrested Wednesday by U.S. marshals after a federal grand jury returned a two count indictment that accuses him of mailing the noose on Valentine’s Day 2008 as a threat to intimidate F.M. Jason Upthegrove.
The mailing reached Upthegrove, who is African-American and president of the Lima chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, at his home.
Upthegrove had spoken out publicly about the hate flyers sent out by the American National Socialist Workers Party about the shooting of an African woman by Lima police.
Jones is being held in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
