Memo to those who hate Al Sharpton: this kind of thing is what brings him out! If someone with a history of violence and years behind bars (and has only been out of custody since November) warned the police who come to arrest him on aggravated assault charges – among them beating a cop February 15 at a New Jersey bar – that they “better come blazing”, what would you think would be the color of that person if a judge let him out on bail? That’s not even the worst of it. This guy is of the bonehead set! So here we have a white supremacist that’s given a pass that is never granted anyone who sends a cop to the hospital. Now the cops are pissed about this, but – and we are really starting to get used to this line – there is nothing anyone can do now that he is out on bail. The hell there isn’t. If this person was of a darker hue someone would have changed the law, made it retroactive and put this clown back in the pokey. And before anyone asks why we are playing the double standard game, in this case we are not talking about the criminal justice system in general but some curious goings-on in Gloucester City that this news report missed. The bonehead in question, Christopher DeMunguia is supposed to be tight with the East Coast Aryan Brotherhood. Now we have some conflicting info about them being associated with the original Aryan Brotherhood or was formed on the outside in Gloucester City independent of AB. In any case, what they are about we can confirm. This crew was formed solely to “discourage” African Americans from moving to Gloucester City, especially those from nearby Camden. For the record, this is rather curious, and it is definitely something all of us should look into just a tad bit more. Oh isn’t ECAB going to love that!

CAMDEN, N.J – Police in South Jersey and Philadelphia are on the alert for a man, whom authorities say, made threats against officers, promising never to go back to prison.
Investigators say he has ties to white supremacist groups and a history of violence.
Believe it or not, the man’s on the street legally after a judge reduced his bail following a recent brawl with cops.
On the streets of Gloucester City and across South Jersey, there’s a growing concern about alleged white supremacist, 36-year-old Christopher DeMunguia.
“He’s just a danger to everybody out there,” says Chief William Crothers of Gloucester City Police. “Very violent. He has made threats against officers.”
Known on the streets as “Conan”, DeMunguia has spent years behind bars. But now he’s on the street, despite two recent arrests for aggravated assault, one involving an attack on a Gloucester City police officer at a local bar, where investigators say DeMunguia turned on police.
“Threatening them that he would kill them if he had a gun,” says Chief Crothers.
Four officers came to the bar to arrest DeMunguia on aggravated assault charges. DeMunguia allegedly told police, “If you come looking for me, you better come blazing.”
After DeMunguia’s recent arrest, bail was initially set at $75,000 at the Camden County Court House. He was later released by posting just 10 percent of that. The judge, apparently, never knew about DeMunguia’s background or those alleged threats against police.
“We are looking at the communications issue,” says Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk.
Faulk is looking into how his office and local police can get important information to a judge before bail is set. In this case, a prosecutor was not in court.
“We’re trying to bridge that gap so that the judges have complete information before them in making decisions on bail,” says Faulk. “He will make a mistake and he will end up back in jail.”
DeMunguia has no outstanding warrants and is on the street legally. Unlike Philadelphia, prosecutors cannot appeal the bail issue here.
DeMunguia is due in court next month.
The officer injured in that brawl back on February 15 is still out on medical leave.
