ALL CHARGES DISMISSED FROM '07 MORRISTOWN ANTI-IMMIGRATION RALLY

Erick and Joyce WeigelWe are just getting this, but hopefully we will find out the particulars soon. Remember that anti-immigration rally last year in Morristown, NJ that we met the “I’m not a racist” racists of Voice of the People and other assorted jackasses? Remember the melee that took place afterward that had Stormfront going crazy because one of their own Erick Karl Weigel (a/k/a “Erick_K_W”, pictured here with his wife Joyce)got his butt beat by people who didn’t appreciate him going after them with a bat? Well we can close the book on that because all charges stemming from the incident were dismissed. This is just a small thing to note the development, which we were told happened last month.

MORRISTOWN, NJ-It has been learned that sometime over the summer, charges facing all those that were arrested stemming from a scuffle that followed a July 2007 anti-immigration rally were dismissed. Neither Nationalist Coalition member Erick Karl Weigel or those who were referred to by supporters as the Morristown 3 will face prosecution in a case that was for a time closely watched by both neo-Nazis and antifa.

The incident took place after a July 26, 2007 rally sponsored by Robb Pearson’s Pro-America Society where a number of well-known white supremacists, including Weigel and his wife Joyce were in attendance. The Morristown 3 alleged that Weigel jumped out of his truck and attacked them with a small bat. In the course of defending themselves, the Morristown 3 say they were arrested. A few weeks later, charges were filed against Weigel who has had previous convictons on drug charges.

No public statement has been made by either party. The Morristown 3 are still raising money to offset legal fees.
