BOY BITING BONEHEAD BEHIND BARS FOR A YEAR

Now boneheads, be honest. When Dmitriy V. Sklyarov gets out of jail in a year after biting his girlfriends 9-year-old son, would this not be the last person in the world you want to be associated with you? Sklyarov, who likes to say he the head of the Indiana chapter of Aryan Nations, pled out a day before his trial was set to begin. He may actually do longer because he is already in jail for 90 days on a contempt charge and will not start serving this new sentence until that one is over. In short, he pissed off the judge, who could have had the sentences run concurently. Can you imagine what he would have got if he was found guilty? And the reasoning for the biting? He was just playing! Oh, and the boy bit him first. This clown doesn’t need a jail cell, he needs a crib!

MUNCIE, IN – A judge has sentenced a self-proclaimed white supremacist and Satan worshipper to one year in jail after the man pleaded guilty to a charge of battery for biting a 9-year-old boy.

Dmitriy V. Sklyarov, 20, of rural Muncie, also was fined $100 fine under a plea agreement in which prosecutors dismissed a charge of neglect of a dependent.

Investigators said Sklyarov bit the boy at least 13 times on the arms and legs Oct. 8.

Delaware Circuit Judge Thomas Cannon Jr. accepted the terms of the plea agreement during a hearing last week. Sklyarov was scheduled to go on trial Tuesday.

Public defender Steven Bruce said his client was engaged in horseplay with a child left in his care when the boy bit him.

“I bit him back,” Sklyarov said.

“Multiple times, correct?” Bruce asked.

“Yes,” the defendant responded.

Sklyarov will not begin serving his sentence until he finishes a 90-day term for contempt of court. At a Dec. 1 hearing, Sklyarov curse at Cannon’s predecessor on the Circuit Court bench, Chris Teagle, while also shouting “Heil Hitler!” and “white power”
