TURNER IS OUT ON BAIL; WILL SURRENDER TO CT. AUTHORITIES

Rats. Just when we was having so much fun with Hal Turner trying to be bad ass. Perhaps it was all those brothers in Hudson County Jail that made him realize that he wasn’t. In any case, Hal has been sprung but agreed to surrender to Connecticut authorities who want to arrest him for inciting violence against lawmakers out their way. We still don’t know where this is going to go, but since he is out, we are sure he is hitting up this site to see what we are saying about him. Hey there, Hal. How are ya? How were those bologna sandwiches? Are you starting to get it, that whatever you talk you might have to back up sooner or later? If you don’t get it this time, should we call Bill White and ask if he has room at his new place? Considering how much you like videos of yourself online, you think you can make the video of you on closed-circuit prison TV available? While we are used to all you Nazi types running to lawyers that you are supposed to hate because of their race, don’t you know how much fun we are having with the fact that you hired a Puerto Rican lawyer from Newark (pictured here standing next to Hal’s TV screen) whose last name “Orozco” has been identified by the Holy Office of the Catholic Church of Spain as a Sephardic surname? Get back to us as soon as you can and thanks for the laughs!

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – A New Jersey blogger and former radio talk show host has agreed to surrender to Connecticut authorities to face charges of inciting violence against two lawmakers there.

Harold “Hal” Turner of North Bergen waived extradition Monday and posted $25,000 bail. He had been in custody since being arrested Thursday by North Bergen police at the request of the Connecticut State Capitol Police.

Connecticut authorities say they plan to charge him with inciting injury to persons or property.

Police there say the 47-year-old Turner, who holds far-right views, urged blog readers to “take up arms” against two lawmakers who introduced a controversial bill on Catholic parish finances.

Turner’s lawyer, Michael Orozco, says the case is about freedom of speech.
