CHAD KERNS GETS TEN YEARS FOR ASSAULTING MAN WEARING ANTI-NAZI SHIRT

Chad KernsWe said it before and will say it again: This is someone we WISH would step to us for wearing ANYTHING let alone an anti-Nazi T-shirt. And we think he is going to a real happy camper in his new home of the next ten years. Prison has a way of adjusting attitudes of weasely chumps like this, and Chad Kerns’ attitude is definitely one that could use that adjusting. In 2007, he decided to attack two people in two seperate occasions, one of them wearing the aforementioned T-Shirt. Now he is paying for it. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.

PHOENIX – Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas says a Buckeye man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in two racially motivated attacks in Phoenix.

Thomas says 31-year-old Chad Kerns pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault in July for the separate 2007 attacks. Kerns was sentenced Friday.

In March 2007, Kerns and several co-defendants confronted a man wearing an anti-Nazi shirt. Police say the suspects made “white power” comments and hit the Hispanic victim in the head with a barstool.

Thomas says Kerns also stabbed a black man outside a Phoenix drug store. Police believe as many as nine gang members also verbally abused the victim using racial slurs.

Kerns has said he isn’t an active skinhead. He has a tattoo on his head that reads “Skinhead.”
