BONEHEAD SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR KILLING HIS OWN

Here’s another story of boneheads killing boneheads, only the State of California plans to kill this bonehead too. Billy Joe Johnson is a leader in the white power group Public Enemy Number One (PEN1), a crew that has a huge history of criminal activity and is connected to the Aryan Brotherhood. He was convicted of killing a childhood friend named Scott Miller after he found out that he gave an interview to the Los Angeles affiliate of Fox News about PEN1. Today he was sentenced to death, which to be honest will be putting him out of his misery. In 1991, he was busted for the axe handle killing of Clyde Nordeen. He was cleared of that crime, but two years afer the Miller murder, he and a few friends of his beat Cory Lamons to death with a claw hammer for stealing $12,000 from a stripper named Wild Kitten. Interestingly enough, another bonehead name Erin Brooks was in the car that police pulled over when they found Lamons body in the trunk. She skated out of problems with that, only to get busted with three other boneheads when they went into a barrio, attacked a random Mexican and got their asses kicked by the community. This is the kind of crew we are dealing with here, so even though we have our issues with the death penalty, it is hard to have such reservations when it comes to this scumbag. Hell, we want to sit in on the execution!

Santa Ana (myFOXla.com) – A Santa Ana judge today sentenced a white supremacist to die for killing a fellow gang member who divulged gang secrets on television.

The defendant, Billy Joe Johnson, did not address the court during today’s hearing.

In handing down the sentence, Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank Fasel was following the recommendation last month by jurors who convicted Johnson of murder and other charges.

Authorities say Johnson, 46, formerly of Costa Mesa, lured his childhood friend, Scott Miller, to his death on March 8, 2002, months after Miller gave what he thought was an anonymous interview on Fox11 News about the gang.

Miller was gunned down outside an Anaheim apartment complex after he left a party.

Johnson already is serving a life term for the 2004 slaying of Cory Lamons in Huntington Beach with a claw hammer.

At an earlier hearing, Johnson testified he wanted to be sent to Death Row because he believed it would be a less-restrictive confinement.

The four women and eight men on the jury took about two-and-a-half hours to decide Johnson should die for killing Miller.

Another gang member, Michael Allen Lamb, 34, also was sentenced to death for the Miller killing.

Also convicted of Miller’s murder was Jacob Anthony Rump, 32, who was sentenced to life in prison without parole Oct. 5, 2007.

Prosecutors said Miller, known as “Scottish,” was killed because he aired the gang’s dirty laundry in a two-part news report.

The piece, broadcast on Feb. 20-21, 2001, focused on the evolution of the gang — which grew out of the 1980s punk rock music scene in Long Beach, then evolved to racist skinheads to criminal thugs, authorities said.

Miller, though his face was obscured, was recognized by gang members in the TV appearance because of a tattoo and his pet pit bull.

Johnson was found guilty of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and accessory after the fact, with sentencing enhancements for criminal street gang activity, vicarious discharge of a firearm by a gang member causing death, and special circumstance allegations of murder by lying in wait and murder committed for a criminal street gang
