CHRIS DEMUNGUIA PLEADS GUILTY TO ASSAULT

Get a good look at this guy because we will be seeing him again. Given all the breaks Chris DeMunguia has had over the past 21 years, including getting bailed out of jail only paying $750 after sending a cop to the hospital, you can be sure that the next four some-odd years he is going to spend in jail (provided he doesn’t piss someone off and end up not getting paroled) isn’t going to have him realizing the error of his ways. No, this idiot is going to come out and get himself in trouble again. Such is the way of a guy who calls himself “Conan”. We met this particular bonehead at the Leif Erickson Day thing that Keystone United put together last October. This was the doofus who tried to justify the snafu that got him bailed out by saying that it was better for someone like him to be out of jail rather than someone who molested children. Now he is going to once again join those child molesters in one of New Jersey’s finer penal facilities and he had best make himself comfortable. With the police hot and heavy against him, we have a feeling that first parole hearing four years from now is going to be a little…disappointing.

One year ago Sunday, white supremacist Christopher DeMunguia was two months out of jail after serving time for attacking a black man standing at a bus stop in 2004. Hanging out at Oh! Hara’s Bar in Gloucester City, NJ, he broke the jaw of a man who he claimed was trying to sucker punch his friend.

One month later, Police went to Oh! Hara’s to pick him up on the aggravated assault charge for that, and he attacked the officers, sending one to the hospital. For some reason, he ended up getting out of jail on $7500 bond, even though he had no known address. That sparked outrage among local police, who became particularly vocal about what turned out to be a mistake on the part court administration. This however, didn’t seem to bother the members of the neo-Nazi group Keystone United (formerly Keystone State “Skinheads”, KU) who has put up flyers supporting police when they are killed by African American criminals, but had no problem hanging out with DeMunguia, 36, who participated in the group’s “Leif Erickson Day Celebration” last October.

On Jan 13, DeMunguia pleaded guilty to aggravated assault under a plea agreement that will see him serve at least four years and three months before becoming eligible for parole, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. He would have spent a total of 25 years of his life in jail at that point.

The Southern Poverty Law Center noted that a decade ago DeMunguia, at the time just paroled from prison, was part of a botched bank job scheme as a member of Aryan Unit One, a bumbling white power terrorist group whose plans to create a group similar to other more successful terrorist groups like the Order fell apart through a series of mishaps, then collapsed entirely when it came out after his conviction on counterfeiting, bank-robbery and conspiracy that the group’s leader Leo Felton was actually biracial. Gloucester City Police Chief George Berglund, the most vocal against DeMunguia’s February release, told the Philadelphia Daily News that DeMunguia is a member of Aryan Nation, a group who’s onetime New Jersey Leader, James Mazzone is currently in jail himself on drug charges. It is not known if DeMunguia and Mazzone worked together.

No date has been scheduled for DeMunguia’s formal sentencing.
