S. Jared Taylor is a little upset. He is trying to find some way to regain control of his 9th biannual American Renaissance Conference, due to begin somewhere on Feb. 19. The reason why we say “somewhere” is because we don’t know where it is. We would have once upon a time, but silly us, we had to go and warn the hotels they were in that a bunch of neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and assorted domestic terrorists are planning to darken their doorsteps. Once we did that, the hotels ended up kicking Jared Taylor and his conference out of the place, and now he doesn’t want anyone to know where it is until 48 hours beforehand. Taylor is not happy, so to that end he thinks the best way to at the very least get control of some of the publicity is to challenge one of the groups protesting the conference to a debate. Jeffrey Imm of the R.E.A.L. Organization has taken him up on his offer, but it will be when it is convenient to his schedule. That would be Noon on the 19th during an outdoor event in DC he was planning. Taylor blinked and backed down, citing that he could not have a proper debate with the conference happening later that day. In other words, we are all supposed to work on his time, but Imm also offered him the opportunity to meet him during another event after the conference, but we guess, Taylor much rather not. In other words Taylor, as we said earlier, is trying to regain control of the publicity. Sorry bud, but that’s not happening. As R.E.A.L. says, the only way that’s going to happen is if people like Taylor “burden of the hate of supremacism from their hearts, and to rejoin the family of humanity in support of our universal human rights.” Tall order? Perhaps, but they should not think we will show respect to them if they can’t meet that.
Jeffrey Imm, R.E.A.L. Organization
American Renaissance’s Jared Taylor has backed down on his “challenge” to debate us on human rights, and is apparently unwilling to meet in the public arena. Apparently, Jared Taylor did not expect that we would take him up on his challenge.
We have invited Mr. Taylor and the general public to our outdoor public event at Columbia Heights in Washington DC. The R.E.A.L. public event is on Friday, February 19 at 12 noon.
The American Renaissance conference begins on Saturday February 20; according to the AmRen website, “the program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m” on Saturday February 20. But American Renaissance’s Jared Taylor states that because there will be hotel registration on Friday night, beginning at 5 PM, he is now unable to speak at 12 noon on February 19, and his other excuse is that “Your event will not be an opportunity to have a proper debate, as you well know.”
Those of us with Responsible for Equality And Liberty have the courage of our convictions, and we demonstrate that courage publicly.
We support our unqualified, universal human rights for all. We urge white supremacist and “white nationalist” supporters to drop the burden of the hate of supremacism from their hearts, and to rejoin the family of humanity in support of our universal human rights.
Choose Love, Not Hate.

Mr. Jared Taylor –
As you well know, the American Renaissance conference begins on February 20, not February 19.
You only have registration for people at the hotel at 5 PM on February 19.
Our event begins at 12 Noon.
Are you really that afraid to speak in public in broad daylight?
Let me know so I have the right message to share with those your fellow “white nationalists.”

As you well know, the AR conference begins on Feb. 19. Your event will not be an opportunity to have a proper debate, as you well know.
You have rejected my challenge.
So be it.
In a message dated 1/31/2010 8:24:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, Jeffrey Imm writes:
Mr. Taylor –
Yes, I already did.
I replied, told you where we will be, and we invited the public (which includes you) to participate.
In our public events, we can and will debate all those who would defy our universal human rights – including you.
You have the date, time, location, and even a map on how to get there.
The details have also been shared with your fellow “white nationalists.”
They are waiting to hear from you.
But instead you write back simply to stall, why is that?
Once again, I ask you what are you afraid of – or should we let your fellow supporters know precisely how little you are willing to back up your challenge?
Is it the same reason that you seek to keep the location of the planned AmRen 2010 conference a secret?
If you have the courage of your convictions and you seek to promote your ideas to the public, what are you afraid of?
We believe in equality, liberty, and our universal human rights.
Choose Love, Not Hate. Love Wins.

Mr. Imm:
If you are sure of your ground you will meet me in a public debate.
Will you accept my challenge or will you not?
Sincerely,
Jared Taylor
