AMREN CONFERENCE: WE'LL SHOW THE COMMIES! WE'LL EAT AT BERTUCCI'S!

They really do set themselves up for ridicule, don’t they? Hey, let’s be honest. A few people traveled to DC for the American Renaissance Conference last weekend, and we had to expect them to do something! Of course we knew it wouldn’t amount to much whatever it was that they did, so we really didn’t care what it would be. Until we saw how pathetic they made it, that is. See, they got together Saturday morning and they could have just said that this was a small gathering of AmRen supporters meeting to talk about what had happened to their much heralded conference, and that they still managed to get some of what they planned for the conference before antifa raised hell against it. But nooooo, they instead said this little get-together of about 40 people packed into a Bertucci’s was in fact the 9th Biannual American Reniassance Conference! And this is why we call them boneheads! We have had a very good Black History Month, due in part to this crowd here. We doubt we will have to wait two years to wrestle with them again, and we are sure that whether or not whatever event they put on gets the treatment this one did, they will provide many an antifa with laughs to last us for years to come!

HERNDON, VA-A month ago, Jared Taylor was making plans for almost 300 of his fellow “racialists” to come out to a three-star hotel in the Washington, DC area for three days to hear several speakers from America and abroad speak on how to advance their racial agenda. Instead, 35-40 men crowded into the meeting room of a family restaurant on a Saturday morning in a Virginia suburb, which was all they could do after massive opposition from anti-racist activists and local communities.

Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant in Herndon was the site of a meeting that has been called the “American Renaissance (AmRen) Conference 2010”. It is a far cry from what was supposed to be the AmRen Conference, however. Jared Taylor, the head of the New Century Foundation and publisher of the newsletter American Renaissance, had to cancel his original plans for his biannual conference earlier in the week after four hotels shut their doors to the event upon learning the nature of the conference. It was reported on the American Renaissance website and in press releases by Jared Taylor that these hotels, particularly the Four Points Sheraton in Manassas, VA, were the recipients of death threats aimed at the establishment and its workers. To date however, there has been no evidence produced indicating that such had taken place. A woman in the sales department at the Sheraton said they could not disclose any information regarding the matter.

Ironically, the Bruce Restaurant is located right next door to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which hosted the 2008 conference but vowed that it will never take place there again after protests taking place outside as the conference went on. During the lunch break that year, conference attendees even avoided the antifa by retreating into the restaurant. There is no evidence however that any of the workers were familiar with American Renaissance either then or the past weekend. According to a worker there, the group that was at the morning meeting was comprised of all white men.

Among those that attended was Jamie Kelso an associate and moderator of the website Stormfront. Kelso flew out to Washington, DC from California a day before the conference, which was canceled then revived early last week thinking that it was still on, only to find out otherwise when he landed. He made periodical report backs about the conference on his website whitenewsnow.com, where he also noted that his website was also represented at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held in Washington, DC that weekend.

The speakers’ list was also condensed. Although Nick Griffin decided not to come to the States after two other speaking engagements for him in Midwest colleges were canceled and the AmRen Conference was in question, two members of Griffin’s British National Party (BNP) did attend. “Matt Tait is the BNP branch organizer for Buckinghamshire (UK),” Kelso posted on his site. “Mr. Tait is eloquently making the point that saving a future for our people is overwhelmingly important that all secondary issues that might lead to some dissension must be simply set aside.” In addition to Tait and Taylor, other speakers included attorney Sam Dickson, Canadian fascist Paul Fromm, and attorney Louis March.

If you ever hear friends and loved ones rave about Bertucci’s sausage soup, this is NOT what they mean! Click image to enlarge – no pun intended.

Meanwhile, a Facebook page titled “AmRen Blowback: Now It Gets Real” has called for actions against antifa and their supporters because of their successful efforts to squash the conference. The page was created by “Sebastian Ernst Ronin” who said he attended the weekend meeting. Zach Gowen, a Portland, OR transplant from New Jersey, was the one that made the call in a discussion thread however, and he wishes to target the Brecht Forum for a late March demonstration in part because he erroneously believes that the organization funds One People’s Project. “I am not a man to simply talk,” he wrote. I’ve already been networking with folks on the left and right from Central and South Jersey to get to Manhattan to protest.”

One of the persons Gowen has been reportedly working with is a poster to Facebook named “Kat Bernadette” who lists on her Facebook account as having a relationship with him. According to other information there, the current Rowan College student is from Westfield, a graduate of Westfield High School and her father is James Masterson. A student named Katherine Masterson graduated from the high school in 2009, which was when “Kat Bernadette” says she graduated.

American Renaissance itself has not put out a statement by press time, but other white supremacist sites are attempting to claim the small get-together as a victory.
