30 MONTHS FOR HARDY LLOYD

Well, this idiot is out of our hair for a few years. Hardy Lloyd, formerly of the World Church of the Creator Creativity Movement, is being sent up the river on weapons charges. The mental midget is from a Pittsburgh suburb that went even more insane after he was cleared for killing his girlfriend a few years back. Feeling he was untouchable, he just began to boast about it and attempted to build a organization around that. Problem was other Nazis thought he was untouchable too – and didn’t touch him, go near him, have anything to do with him! They saw him for the screwball he was, and so did the law. Now he will spend a little more time in the pokey, although sadly with time served it is only a few years. Eh, we could use the break. We have better things to do with our time than worry about people with no influence or sanity to speak of. Seems to be a running thing with the Pittsburgh area Nazis, considering whats-his-name in nearby Sarver, PA doesn’t seem to get people to kiss his idiotic ass either!

A self-proclaimed white supremacist was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison today for illegally possessing firearms.

Hardy Lloyd, 32, of Crafton was arrested in May 2009 after state probation officers found he had 10 weapons in his home. He was on probation from a 2004 case.

In that instance, Mr. Lloyd was accused of killing a female acquaintance, Lori Hann. Though he was found to have acted in self-defense, Mr. Lloyd was convicted of illegally possessing a firearm. He was sentenced to 11-1/2 to 23 months in jail to be followed by three years probation.

Mr. Lloyd came under investigation last year stemming from a picture he posted on his blog. While he touted his racist views there — and praised the shooting deaths last year of three Pittsburgh police officers — he was spotted by an FBI agent in a picture holding a rifle. The agent contacted local police.

Probation officers searched Mr. Lloyd’s home on May 27, 2009, and found what Senior U.S. District Judge Gustave Diamond called this morning “a small arsenal.”

“He has made expressions that indicate a potentially violent character,” the judge said. “Whether these accurately reflect his inner nature and whether he would act out those statements … I believe he is a potential danger to himself and others.”

Mr. Lloyd, who has been diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, faced an advisory guideline range sentence of 24 to 30 months.

His attorney, John Knorr, asked the judge to recommend Mr. Lloyd be imprisoned in a facility close to Pittsburgh so he could continue treatment with his long-time therapist.
