BILL WHITE GOES ON TRIAL IN CHICAGO THIS WEEK

Our favorite bonehead Bill White, currently on lockdown in federal prison after being convicted of communicating threats to various people around the country,  is scheduled to be sprung on January 18 IF he doesn’t get convicted on similar charges in Chicago first. Originally dismissed, the charges came back after his conviction last year in Roanoke. Those charges – threatening the jury foreman in the trial of World Church of the Creator leader Matt Hale – were the ones first filed, and the ones that have had him locked up for just over two years now. Isn’t it nice to start off the year with making a Nazi’s life miserable? Here we were thinking we were going to have a rather chill January with nothing to do, then Bill falls into our laps – as well as  the news that his old crew the National Socialist Movement wants to have their conference on our turf in April. Never a dull momment here that One People’s Project, that’s for damned sure. But when we see what keeps happening to Bill, we at least know that what we do is worth it!

Roanoke Neo Nazi Bill White is scheduled to stand trial this week on a federal charge of inciting harm against a former jury foreman.

The FBI charged White with the crime stemming from an incident in September 2008, according to court records.

Prosecutors believe White called the former federal jury foreman to confirm his name, address, and phone number.  Investigators accuse White of then posting the foreman’s personal information on his former website, overthrow.com.

The foreman told the FBI he received around 50 text messages, most white supremacist in nature.

Court records show the foreman is expected to testify this week that he feared for his safety after White published his information on-line.

Court papers also show White’s attorneys plan to defend him using the First Amendment, that White’s writings were protected by the Constitution.

The United States Bureau of Prisons website shows White’s release date coming on January 18th.

Last year, a judge ordered White to prison on three charges related to threatening people using the Internet, the phone, or the mail.

White had already served a majority of the prison sentence since he has been in prison since the fall of 2008.
