FRANKIE'S OUT! WHITE SUPREMACIST PRINCIPAL GETS CANNED!

It was pretty ironic that the Daily News would out white supremacist Frank Bozellieri as a principal of a mostly Black and Latino elementary school on July 31, given that was the International Day Against Fascism. But now we have another thing to celebrate, because it took less than two days to can him. It’s a little bittersweet though. Why the hell was he there for two years in the first place. We are not talking about a guy who has been shy about his political beliefs. It concerns us especially because the guy who hired him is still in his position. Who is he going to replace him with? Should he even be making the decision? As the school year begins, these are things that we are going to have to ask, because truth be told Bozellieri, be it his tenure as a school board member, a professor at St. John’s University, or in this role, he has received way too many passes in his life, and that’s a problem considering he has access to our kids, many of whom he hates. If you are in the New York City area, DLJ will appear on a Ch. 4 WNBC-TV’s evening news story about this case.

Frank Bozellieri, a white supremacist, who served on a New York City school board for several years as he railed against multiculturalism and homosexuality, and for two years as a principal for a Catholic elemantary school in the Bronx with a predominately Black and Latino student population – despite his belief esposed in one of his books that “rising black and Hispanic populations in America will lead to the ‘New Dark Age'” – has been fired from that position late last night.

“Mr. Frank Borzellieri has been relieved of his position as principal of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School,” Archdiocese spokesman Joseph Zwilling said in a statement Tuesday. “This decision was reached following a thorough internal review of his opinions and beliefs as expressed in his books and columns, and a discussion with Mr. Borzellieri himself.

“The decision was reached by Father Eric Rapaglia, pastor of the parish, in consultation with the Office of the Superintendent of Schools of the Archdiocese,” the statement continued. Many of the opinions expressed by Mr. Borzellieri in his writings were found to be incompatible with the philosophy and practices of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, and with Catholic schools throughout the Archdiocese.”

According to reports, Rev. Rapaglia of the Fordham, Bronx parish is saying he was not aware of his racist leanings, despite earlier statements published in the July 31 New York Daily News article that broke the news, where he suggested, “A lot of his ideas would actually benefit minorities.”

The Daily News article noted how Borzellieri, who has contributed to Jared Taylor’s American Renaissance (AmRen) and has spoken at AmRen conferences in the past, was “quietly” installed as principal in 2009 by the Mount Carmel pastor, Rev. Eric Rapaglia in 2009, once he became pastor there. Rev. Rapaglia knew Borzellieri from his old parish, and teachers reportedly warned Rev. Rapagilia about Borzellieri at that time as well. The Black and Latino students also complained as well, saying that Borzellieri was attempting to use them as “research” for his books, which Jared Taylor’s New Centruy Foundation has published.

Throughout the entire controversy, Borzellieri has not made himself available for comment.
