Irony. When your Facebook photo page somehow places the Adolf Hitler “Big Lie” quote between two bits of propaganda that you are promoting against someone that can be seen as two examples of what Hitler said. Irony. Our return to Occupy Philadelphia came as we were getting notice that we were being evicted by the city from Dilworth Plaza. So as folks there were gearing up to deal with what may come out of the decision not to leave voluntarily, along comes this crew that until now were only seen on Facebook. Liberate Philadelphia/Liberate America is a little venture put on by the local teabaggers, and after 53 days of Occupy Philly being on the Plaza, they decided to come out to hold a press conference to tell everyone what is “permissible” free speech to them – and Occupy Philly overstepped those permissions apparently. Needless to say, that didn’t go over too well. DLJ provides the video account of the teabagger’s elitist and failed attempt to take over the narrative.
