JOSH STEEVER KICKED OUT OF ARYAN TERROR BRIGADE AS HE SITS IN JAIL AND OTHER ATB LEADERS FOLLOW

Josh Steever

At first we were surprised a goofus like Steever lasted this long. Then we looked at the rest of ATB and understood completely.

One People’s Project

A message on the Aryan Terror Brigade (ATB) website says group founder Josh Steever, a neo-Nazi bonehead with a history of reckless and violent behavior, has been removed as the head of the organization as he sits in a New Jersey jail on charges of making terroristic threats.  Meanwhile a Florida ATB state leader is also in jail following his arrest after a home invasion in a Orlando suburb.

“ATB is going through deep changes right now and also in some charges,” the website read. “Josh Steever is not part of our crew anymore, and he will NEVER be with us again.  Members must wait for new orders.”

Sources say the ATB Vice President Eric Hess from West Virginia is now heading up the organization, although there are some within ATB who still remain loyal to Steever, 32 of Flemington, NJ. Reportedly there had been discussion about changing the ATB name, but according to a source, that was voted down since they still had a lot of ATB patches and members had ATB tattoos.

Steever’s ouster comes amid unconfirmed rumors that he had been a “snitch” informing to law enforcement about the activities of his and other groups, but no evidence has been provided to support this. Another rumor has him reportedly threatening the pregnant girlfriend of an ATB state leader, but similarly, this is also unconfirmed.

Steever is currently being held at the Middlesex County (NJ) Correctional Facility on charges that he threatened an ex- girlfriend who was breaking up with him. According to court documents, before his Jan 20 arrest, he was sending text messages to her phone regularly for days threatening to get a gun, and stating he would rather be in prison or dead than not have her. On Monday, he was ordered by the courts to stay away from her once he is released from jail.

Steever is best known for marrying Danielle Swayze, the niece of the late actor Patrick Swayze. That relationship soured soon after the story made the National Enquirer. He is known for violent and reckless antics that land him in jail all over the country. In 2005, He was charged with felony aggravated assault charges in Texas, after beating someone with an ax handle, and eventually convicted on a reduced charge of deadly conduct. Reportedly coming out of that nicknaming himself “Hatchet”, the following year he was arrested in Alameda County, California, after three African- American high school students told police he pulled a knife on them and threatened to blow up Newark Memorial High School in California, where a reputed girlfriend was a student. The then-26-year-old was charged with three separate felony counts, plus one misdemeanor charge of exhibiting a deadly weapon, and sentenced to a year in jail and five years probation. He is also known for having the word “racist” tattooed on his forehead, but partially removed in an attempt to get a lighter sentence following this incident.

Steever is friends with Daniel Cowart of the Supreme White Alliance (SWA), who along with an 18-year-old accomplice were arrested in October 2008 after confessing to a scheme to kill Obama, then the Democratic presidential nominee. They’d also planned to murder 88 African-Americans in Tennessee.

Three days after Steever was arrested the Florida State leader of ATB was arrested for his alleged role in a home invasion in St. Cloud, Florida. According to news reports, Donovan Franklin Wing, 35, was taken into custody and charged with home invasion, burglary and aggravated assault while in possession of a firearm, among other charges. Wing, along with Motley Cletus, 36, and another man who is still at large, entered the victim’s home in the early morning hours on Jan 20 and assaulted him with an electric stun gun and struck him several times in the head, which resulted in multiple lacerations. Police caught up with the getaway vehicle but when the driver stopped, two of the men fled on foot. Motley, who was caught by officers, struck one of the officers in the head but was immediately subdued. He was charged with several crimes, including burglary to an occupied structure, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, robbery, grand theft, and battery on a law enforcement officer. he also had outstanding warrants for his arrest. It is not known if Motley or the other unknown suspect has any group affiliation. Wing is currently being held at the Osceola County Jail on a $10,000.00 bond.

The arrests of Steever and Wing are just the latest embarrassments in just a matter of months for the small, fledging ATB. In December ATB member Michal Gunar, along with Atlantic City “Skinheads” member Chris Ising was arrested for their participation in an assault on three Middle Eastern men in Sayrerville, NJ. Last month, ATB member Kyle Powell, who is the close friend of Josh Steever, pled guilty to his role in the assault and reportedly up to  5 years in jail.

Last year, two neo-Nazis were arrested and charged with a brutal assault on ATB Pennsylvania leader David Philips in which police reports say one of them literally ripped Phillips’ eyes from their sockets. They are both being held pending trial.
