BOSTON

Yesterday we wanted to observe the anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier in baseball, and we will still do that. Today we wanted to observe the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s “Letter from a Birmingham Jail”, and we will still do that. But as everyone else today, we once again have a heavy heart because of yet another tragedy in another town, this time a bombing at the Boston Marathon that killed three and injured an ever growing number of people (at the time of this writing, the number of those injured passed 180). We will also eventually address the opportunists, be they the conspiracy theorists, folks who want to protest the funerals, the finger pointers, or those political automotons who are pissed we are not talking about who was killed in Afghanistan as if no one cares but them because frankly, all of them are worthless enough for us to hold off on that for now. What we have to do is send our well wishes to everyone in Boston and to the families of those who have died or were injured. To be honest, the monolouge from Colin Ferguson the night of the bombing sums up the way we feel.
