\"CharlesIn January 2010, we reported<\/a> on Former Marine Sgt., teabagger favorite and then-Oathkeeper member Charles Allan Dyer, who is better known among the right-wing looney bin as “July4Patriot” on YouTube, as he was being picked up on charges that he stole a grenade launcher from an Army base and raped a underaged member of his family. Well when you’re dealing with this crowd of idiots everything is conspiracy and nothing that you see is real, even the stuff that is. So to that end, the pseudo-patriots rallied around him enmasse, and voila, charges started to fall by the wayside, namely the grenade launcher charge and we still don’t know how he pulled that off. The child-rape charge stuck, however, but in April the case ended up in a mistrial. The retrial was today. But wait! There’s more! It seems that his trailer home was burned to the ground on Friday and his girlfriend is now sitting in jail on possible arson charges. But wait! There’s MORE! Charles Dyer’s stuff – including all his firearms were not in the home during the fire! No doubt, the looney bin will still support him, but the saner folks among us are most assuredly saying that this guy is dirt, but we need to catch up to him and fast – before he decides to keep his “oath” Oslo style or something. That’s not a joke either.<\/p>\n

Child rape suspect Charles Dyer, a\/k\/a the July4Patriot failed to show up for his child rape trial this morning<\/a> and is now considered a fugitive that should be considered armed and dangerous. After his failure to appear in court today a Stephens County judge issued a warrant for his arrest and declared his $150,000 bond \u2013 guaranteed by his elderly parents home \u2013 revoked. Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney has declared Dyer a dangerous fugitive and launched a nationwide manhunt for the infamous militia figure.<\/p>\n

The July4Patriot is presumed to be armed and dangerous as there are now indications that he had a number of weapons that were removed from his home prior to a suspicious fire that razed the structure early Friday morning. Due to restrictions previously placed by the court as a condition of bail and the presence of an active protective order filed by Dyer’s estranged wife, he was not allowed to be in possession of any firearms. <\/p>\n

Dyer’s current girlfriend, Monica Freeman, is expected in court today to be arraigned for charges she burned down the home. Freeman has admitted to the arson, but the reasons why remain unknown at this time. <\/p>\n

As of 1 pm today, an unnamed roommate of Dyer’s is being questioned by investigators. A courthouse insider has reported to Hate Trackers<\/em> that there is the belief that Jan Dyer, the fugitive’s mother, may have had pre-knowledge of his flight and has recently been talking about planning her son’s funeral.  <\/p>\n

There are also questions being raised as to why Rick Light, leader of the Well Regulated American Militias, who was supposed to be at Dyer’s trial went silent two days ago and knew not to show up. <\/p>\n

Authorities have never located explosives that may’ve been stored in a Duncan, OK storage unit. A bomb sniffing dog reacted to traces of explosives during a search of the unit last year. It is typical of militia figures to have hidden caches of weapons they can get to, if they are on the run. <\/p>\n
