{"id":1771,"date":"2012-04-05T01:07:03","date_gmt":"2012-04-05T01:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.temp.shooflysolutions.com\/widow-of-bonehead-struck-by-lightning-files-lawsuit-against-his-employers\/"},"modified":"2012-04-05T01:07:03","modified_gmt":"2012-04-05T01:07:03","slug":"widow-of-bonehead-struck-by-lightning-files-lawsuit-against-his-employers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.idavox.com\/index.php\/2012\/04\/05\/widow-of-bonehead-struck-by-lightning-files-lawsuit-against-his-employers\/","title":{"rendered":"WIDOW OF BONEHEAD STRUCK BY LIGHTNING FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST HIS EMPLOYERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-1770\" style=\"margin: 10px; border: 1px solid #000000; float: left;\" alt=\"Bradley\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.idavox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/images_BryanBradleyACS.jpg\" height=\"212\" width=\"301\" \/>When reputed Atlantic City &#8220;Skins&#8221; leader Bryan Bradley was struck by lightning last September while working for a casino that just opened, we knew the lawsuit was just a matter of time, so this is just an update.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<h3>One People&#8217;s Project<\/h3>\n<p>The widow of the reputed head of the Atlantic City \u201cSkins\u201d filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Wednesday against Tishman Construction and Network Construction Company of Pleasantville, N.J. stemming from his death that occurred as he was struck by lightning as he worked on the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, which opened earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, according to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcphiladelphia.com\/news\/local\/Lawsuit-Filed-in-Lighting-Strike-Death-146123525.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NBC Philadelphia<\/a>, claims that construction work at the Revel should have stopped last year due to the lightning storms. Bradley was killed on Sept. 15 when a lightning bolt hit a crane that was near him. Click to enlarge.<\/span><\/strong><br \/><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&#8220;Their decision robbed me of my husband and closest friend, robbed my children of a father who loved them passionately and robbed Bryan of his life.\u201d Carmen Bradley said at a press conference on Wednesday. \u201cMy sons and I are now left to live our lives without him.
